Prelude: O, Church, Arise (Getty/Townend)
Gathering Song: All Creatures Of Our God And King (Crowder)
Call to Worship: (Responsive reading adapted from Jeremiah 10:6-12)
Leader: There is none like you, O LORD;
you are great, and your name is great in might.
Who would not fear you, O King of the nations?
All: For this is your due; for among all the wise ones of the nations
and in all their kingdoms there is none like you.
Leader: All idols are merely false gods.
They are powerless. They are not
worthy to be feared or worshiped.
They cannot rescue and they cannot love.
All: But the LORD is the true God;
he is the living God and the everlasting King.
At his wrath the earth quakes,
and the nations cannot endure his indignation.
Leader: Thus shall you say to them:
“The gods who did not make the heavens and the earth
shall perish from the earth and from under the heavens.”
All: It is he who made the earth by his power,
who established the world by his wisdom,
and by his understanding stretched out the heavens.
Adoration:
Great Are You Lord (All Sons & Daughters)
Psalm 130 – From The Depths Of Woe (Indelible Grace)
Prayer of Confession: (Based on Romans 5:8; Hebrews 4:16)
The proof of God’s amazing love is this:
While we were sinners, Christ died for us.
Let us therefore approach the throne of grace with boldness,
so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Trusting in God’s faithfulness and compassion,
let us confess our sin before God and one another.
(time of silent confession)
Assurance of Pardon: (Responsive reading of Romans 5:1-5)
Leader: Therefore, since we have been justified by faith,
we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
All: Through him we have also obtained access by faith
into this grace in which we stand,
and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
Leader: Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings,
knowing that suffering produces endurance,
and endurance produces character,
and character produces hope,
All: And hope does not put us to shame,
because God’s love has been poured into our hearts
through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
Song of Response: Jesus Paid It All (Stanfill)
Hearing the Word: Galatians 1:6-9
6 I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel— 7 not that there is another one, but there are some who trouble you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed. 9 As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed.

Benediction: (Numbers 6:24-26)
The Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;
the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.
Go in that peace!
